The church was never meant to be a building we attend, a stream we watch, or a consumer experience we evaluate. The Bible calls us the Body of Christ—a living, interconnected organism that functions only when its members are present, rooted, healthy, and unified. Yet in a culture marked by isolation, conflict, and quick exits, maintaining true spiritual integrity within the body requires intentional action.
Over these four weeks, Body Integrity challenges us to move beyond passive belief and into active, embodied practice. Through four specific physical and spiritual disciplines, we will discover how presence sustains us, longevity deepens us, words heal us, and honor liberates us. It’s time to stop spectating and start belonging.
Weekly prompts for your family to engage at home.
Share a moment you chose grace instead of offense. Ask: “What does honoring others look like at home?”
Give an example of serving instead of criticizing. Ask: “How can our words wash instead of wound?”
Talk about something in life that only grew because you stayed with it. Ask: “What helps us stay planted?”
Share a time you needed help from others to grow or heal. Ask: “Why didn’t God design us to grow alone?”
Release one offense you’ve been carrying — without explanation or confrontation.
