As the leaves begin to turn and school gets back into full swing, we are leaning into a powerful new season at GrowStudents! Fall brings fresh routines, deep community, and incredible opportunities to grow together. Check out everything coming up in September and October so you and your student can stay connected.
Current Series: Body Integrity
On Sunday nights, we are jumping into a powerful new series called “Body Integrity.” We live in a culture that treats community as disposable, where it’s easy to walk away when things get messy, use our words to tear down, or rely on our own strength. Over the next three weeks, we’re looking at what it truly means to be a healthy, functioning part of the Body of Christ.
From learning how to stay rooted in Jesus so we can nourish others, to choosing endurance over walking away when relationships get difficult, to using our speech to build up rather than tear down, this series will challenge us to live with real spiritual integrity. Our hope is that students don’t just attend church, but actively choose to stay planted, love deeply, and reflect Christ to one another in everyday life.
Encounter Worship Night
Gather the whole crew and join us on Sunday, September 13th at 6:00 PM for our Encounter Worship Night! This is a special evening designed for the entire family to come together under one roof for a powerful time of unified worship, prayer, and seeking God’s presence as one church body. It is the perfect opportunity to pause, refocus our hearts for the new season, and lift up the name of Jesus alongside all generations of our GrowPoint family. Please note that we will not have our regular Sunday night GrowStudents gathering so that all of our students and leaders can participate in this night with their families!
The Amazing Generation
This one is for our junior high families! This fall, we are partnering with GrowKids for a special 6-week journey to help our 4th–8th graders navigate our screen-filled world and build a “Daniel Generation” rooted in Christ! Inspired by our summer book club on The Anxious Generation, this initiative equips participating families with two free copies of the companion book, The Amazing Generation (one for parent, one for student), along with discussion guides to spark meaningful conversations at home about technology, identity, and culture.
We will kick off this journey together on Sunday, September 27th at 5:00 PM, followed by a 6-week reading plan at your own pace and an epic finale celebration for everyone who completes it. GrowGroups for GrowStudents
We believe that real spiritual growth happens best in community. While our Sunday night gatherings are incredible for coming together as a whole movement, GrowGroups are where deep relationships and personal growth take root. These weekly groups give students a space outside of Sunday nights to connect, build intentional friendships, and wrestle through life and scripture together.
Bring your Bible and a journal—each gathering features a relaxed, relational environment where we unpack and debrief the Sunday message, dive into God’s Word, and do life together.
