This Sunday we focused on the fruit of JOY! In both pre-school and elementary GrowKids, we looked at David and even in the midst of difficult situations, he had JOY! The challenge we discussed is how to have JOY even when life is not treating us well. Read through Psalm 23 as a family and talk about the ways that David expresses JOY even when walking through the Valley of the Shadow of Death – where does he see God’s protection and comfort which brings David JOY.
